We charge a standard $99 diagnostic fee to come and assess your vehicle. This fee may vary depending on the level of diagnostics required. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable as it covers the trip and the technician's time.

In most cases, it does not. The diagnostic fee covers our technicians' time and expertise.

Appointments can usually be scheduled as early as the next day. In some cases, we might be able to get someone to you within a few hours. The best way to make an appointment is to give us a call!

We are a completely mobile business, which means we come to you! (Please note, we do not offer roadside assistance due to company policy and safety reasons.)

As a general rule - a diagnostic test is ran on vehicles to get a good starting point to fixing the problem or issue that has been brought to the attention of the driver by warning light, hearing an abnormal sound.

It depends on the issue. Sometimes a diagnostic from another shop is sufficient, but other times we need to perform our own to ensure an accurate diagnosis.
