How much does it cost for a mechanic/technician to come out to look at my car?We charge a standard $99 Diagnostic charge to come access the vehicle. That charge could be more depending on the level of diagnostics that your vehicle needs. This diagnostic fee is non-refundable as it pays for the trip and the mechanic/technicians time.
-
Does a diagnostic apply towards the cost of the repair? In most cases, it does not. We have to pay our technicians for their time and the diagnostic is to cover that cost.
-
How do I make an appointment?Appointments are usually scheduled as early as tomorrow, In some cases we might be able to get someone to you in as little as a few hours. Either way the best way to make an appointment would be to give us a call!
-
Do yall come out to look at the vehicle or do I need to bring it to you?We are a completely mobile business, which means that we come to you! (We do not do roadside assistance per company policy & safety reasons.)
-
Why do I need a diagnosis?Vehicle diagnostics provide valuable information about your car's health, enable early problem detection, and contribute to better performance, safety, and reliability. As a general rule - a diagnostic test is ran on vehicles to get a good starting point to fixing the problem or issue that has been brought to the attention of the driver by warning light, hearing an abnormal sound.
-
If I know what is wrong with my vehicle would I still need a diagnostic test?It depends on the issue. Sometimes a diagnostic from another shop is sufficient, other times we would need to preform our own to make sure that it is an accurate diagnosis.
-
If I have the code already how much to fix it?Depending on the code we might want to take a look at it ourselves. Give us a call and we can talk about it!
