Cancellation Policy

Starting Rate: Mobile diagnostic appointments start at $99, which includes a standard system scan and issue assessment at your location. Additional Charges: If the issue requires additional time or specialized testing, extra charges may apply. All costs will be discussed and approved with you before proceeding. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major forms of payment except checks, including cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile payment options. Location Requirements: Vehicles must not be located on the side of the road. Your vehicle must be in a safe, accessible location such as a driveway, parking lot, or your home. If your location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. Extended Turnaround or Repairs: If your vehicle requires a longer repair time, parts ordering, or a more in-depth fix than can be completed on-site, it must be towed to either your home or TechNation’s Garage. We work with trusted local tow partners and can coordinate the tow on your behalf. You’re also welcome to arrange your own towing if preferred. All towing costs are the responsibility of the client. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee and may affect future bookings.
